No. The payment settles directly into the shelter’s own bank account. We never hold the money, so there is nothing for us to take out of it.

Nothing is lost. Several donors can fund the same need and the amount raised is visible as it climbs. The shelter buys once it has enough, and every donor to that need sees the same bill and photographs.

The requirement stays open and never closes. It does not count towards their trust score, and a low score pulls their next physical inspection forward.

Yes. One consolidated certificate per organisation per financial year, generated for you and kept in My Donations, carrying the shelter’s legal name, 80G number and the payment reference.

Our own volunteers. One travels to the site, files a report with photographs and location data, and admin reviews that report alongside every document before approval.

Yes. Give to the organisation directly and it is allocated to that organisation’s open needs. It still ends up in the same chain of bill, photographs and report.

Raise a dispute from its profile in the app. It goes to our admin team and moves that shelter’s next inspection forward to the day you raised it.
