Volunteers & inspectors

Somebody has to actually go and look.

The physical visit is the part of verification that cannot be faked from a desk. Jivdaya Setu runs that network itself, and we are building it now.

What the work is

Four things, none of them paperwork for its own sake.

Visit the shelter

You go to the site yourself. Verification step five does not happen any other way.

File what you found

A report in the app with photographs and location data. Numbers of animals, condition of the shed, whether what was claimed matches what is there.

Flag what does not add up

If something is wrong, you say so. That finding feeds the trust score and goes to admin before any approval.

Go back each year

Verified shelters are re-checked every twelve months, sooner if the score drops or a donor raises a dispute.

Who this suits

You need patience and a phone, not a background in audit.

If you can travel to shelters in your district, take clear photographs, and write down plainly what you saw, that is the job. We will train you on the rest.
