Trust here is something you can check.

An organisation clears six steps before donors ever see it, carries a score that moves with its own conduct, and gets looked at again every year.

Getting listed

Six steps, in order, no exceptions.

Nothing is visible and no money can be received until all six are approved.

    Basic information

    Legal name, full address, contact details and the registration number the organisation is registered under.

  2. 02

    Legal documents

    Trust registration certificate, PAN, 12A and 80G, bank proof, and GST where it applies. The bank details also register the organisation with the payment gateway, so donations can settle straight to it later.

  3. 03

    Shelter or community details

    For a Panjrapol: how many cattle, how many are sick or disabled, staff, veterinary facilities, land and capacity. For a sangh: the area it serves and the seva it runs.

  4. 04

    Geo verification

    GPS coordinates, photographs and short video from the site, and a confirmed pin on the map. This is what makes the next step possible.

  5. 05

    Physical verification

    One of our own volunteers travels to the shelter and files a report with photographs and location data attached. We do not outsource this.

  6. 06

    Admin approval

    The application and every verifier’s findings are reviewed together. Only then does the verified badge appear.

The trust score

A number that only goes up when proof arrives.

Every verified organisation carries a visible score out of 100, built from three things and deliberately hard to raise by doing nothing.

Document completeness

Whether the legal paperwork is complete, current and not about to expire.

Utilization completion

Whether funded needs get closed out with a bill, photographs and a report. Only verified closures count, so donations alone never raise a score.

Inspection findings

What our volunteers reported when they stood in the shelter.

The weighting between the three is still being settled with the founding team. When it changes, every score is recomputed and the full breakdown recorded.

Staying listed

Verification is not a one-time gate.

Four separate things can bring a shelter’s next inspection forward, and the earliest one wins.

Every twelve months
Counted from the last completed verification.
A trust score that falls too low
Below the threshold, re-verification becomes due immediately.
A donor raises a dispute
Any open dispute pulls the next visit forward to the day it was raised.
A document nearing expiry
The clock moves up ahead of the expiry date, not after it.

If something looks wrong, say so

Any donor can raise a dispute against an organisation from inside the app. It goes to our admin team and pulls that shelter’s next physical inspection forward.

You can rate them too

Donors leave ratings and feedback on the organisations they have supported. Those ratings are moderated and sit on the shelter’s public profile.
